10. Proiectul de Lege pentru completarea art.60 alin. (1) din Legea nr.53/2003 - Codul Muncii. Lege cu caracter organic. Guvernul nu susţine. Acest proiect de lege a mai fost în şedinţă de vot final şi nu a întrunit numărul de voturi necesar. S-a hotărât dezbaterea pe articole, iar în şedinţa din 5 aprilie 2011 a avut loc această dezbatere. Astăzi este supusă votului final adoptarea acestei iniţiative legislative. Vă rog să vă exprimaţi prin vot. |
