Daţi-mi voie să menţionez faptul că, în conformitate cu art.114 alin.(3) din Constituţie, în condiţiile în care moţiunea de cenzură nu a întrunit numărul necesar de voturi, Proiectul de Lege privind unele măsuri necesare în vederea restabilirii echilibrului bugetar se consideră adoptat.
