60. Propunerea legislativă pentru modificarea Legii nr.466/2004 privind Statutul asistentului social.

Legea are caracter organic; proiect respins de Senat; raport de respingere - Comisia pentru muncă şi protecţie socială; suntem Cameră decizională.

Dacă iniţiatorul susţine proiectul? Nu-l susţine.

Comisia îşi menţine punctul de vedere.

Dezbateri generale nu sunt.

Proiectul rămâne la vot final.
