Proiectul Legii cercetării ştiinţifice şi dezvoltării tehnologice (art. 74, alin.(2) din Constituţie). Cine este pentru? Mulţumesc. Mecanismul de vot a funcţionat cu întârziere la unii colegi. Dar, în final s-au apropiat de unanimitate. Dacă sunt voturi împotrivă? Un vot împotrivă. Abţineri? 5 abţineri. Cu 246 voturi pentru, 5 abţineri şi un vot împotrivă s-a adoptat proiectul de lege. |
