La pct.46 - Propunerea legislativă pentru completarea art.15 din Legea nr.146/1997 privind taxele judiciare de timbru. Legea are caracter ordinar; proiect respins de Senat; raport de respingere - Comisia juridică, de disciplină şi imunităţi; suntem Cameră decizională. Iniţiatorul? Nu doreşte. Comisia îşi menţine punctul de vedere. Dezbateri generale? Nu sunt. Proiectul rămâne la vot final. |
