Pct.49. Propunerea legislativă privind modalitatea de semnare a documentelor oficiale.

Legea are caracter ordinar; respinsă de Senat; raport de respingere - Comisia juridică, de disciplină şi imunităţi; suntem Cameră decizională.

Dacă iniţiatorul doreşte să susţină proiectul? Nu doreşte.

Comisia îşi păstrează punctul de vedere.
