53. Propunerea legislativă pentru completarea art.237 din Legea nr. 31/1990 privind societăţile comerciale, republicată. Lege organică. Suntem Cameră decizională. Vă rog să votaţi. Cu 172 de voturi pentru, 2 voturi împotrivă şi 4 abţineri, proiectul de lege a fost aprobat. Întrucât au fost întrunite doar 92 de voturi pentru, 33 voturi împotrivă şi 53 de abţineri, propunerea legislativă nu a fost aprobată. (Conform afişajului, se înregistrează 179 deputaţi prezenţi, 92 voturi pentru, 33 voturi împotrivă, 53 abţineri, un vot neexprimat.) |
