4. Propunerea legislativă pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 215 din 23 aprilie 2001 a administraţiei publice locale. Termenul pentru dezbatere şi vot final fiind depăşit, propunerea legislativă se consideră adoptată, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 75 alin. (2) din Constituţie şi art. 113 din Regulamentul Camerei Deputaţilor. |
