  1   Aprobarea ordinii de zi şi a programului de lucru.
  2   Prezentarea moţiunii de cenzură "Antireforma sănătăţii".
  3   Reexaminarea, la solicitarea preşedintelui României, a Legii privind Statutul deputaţilor şi senatorilor.
  4   Notă pentru exercitarea de către senatori a dreptului de sesizare a Curţii Constituţionale asupra următoarei legi depusă la secretarii generali ai Senatului şi Camerei Deputaţilor, conform prevederilor art.17 alin.2 şi 3 din Legea nr. 47/1992 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Curţii Constituţionale, republicată: Legea privind Statutul deputaţilor şi senatorilor.
