  2   Angajarea răspunderii Guvernului asupra Proiectului Legii privind reorganizarea unor autorităţi şi instituţii publice, raţionalizarea cheltuielilor publice, susţinerea mediului de afaceri şi respectarea acordurilor-cadru cu Comisia Europeană şi Fondul Monetar Internaţional.
