Information Development Manager

UK NARIC (UK National Academic Recognition Information Centre), United Kingdom

Responsible for the line management of the members of the Research and Data Group. Managing delivery of core data with particular regard to the management of information development schedules, the quality and accuracy of NARIC data through publishing and for product development. Furthermore, accountable for implementing the annual Information Development Plan and the creative redevelopment of NARIC data in accordance with identified demands.



2013 – 2015

Regional Specialist

UK NARIC (UK National Academic Recognition Information Centre), United Kingdom

Responsible for conducting quality research on South-Eastern European systems of education. Specialised in recognition of international qualifications, automatic recognition of professional qualifications, benchmarking criteria in recognition of international qualifications, and knowledge of international education systems and education models;

Establishing sustainable relationships with national agencies and relevant stakeholders in the region of expertise.



2015 - 2016

Founder and Co-ordinator Romanian Weekend School in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom

- Managing the school activities (designing and reviewing school curriculum, monitoring and evaluating the performance of the school)

- Managing and supporting all staff involved in the initiative

- Promoting and organising events that raise the profile of the school



2012 – 2016

Founder and Project Manager RPRS (The Network of Romanian Professionals Abroad), United Kingdom

RPRS is an online platform (see www.rprs.ro) where Romanians can find information, advice and guidance on aspects related to career progression in other countries. It aims to create a community of Romanian professionals and workers living abroad where members are encouraged to engage in dialogue with each other, share best practices in career or business development opportunities.

- Leading and managing all aspects of the platform

- Delegating the workload to members of the initiative

- Designing and reviewing the website (layout, functions, format)

- Managing the information publishing process

Responsible for the information on education systems and qualifications published on the UK NARIC database (regions of expertise: South-Eastern Europe, Central Asia and French speaking Africa)

- Undertaking country visits and writing reports on the development of national education systems
