NGO Registration
Steps to be followed
In order to register a NGO in the Database, these steps shall be followed: (only the first three steps are to be followed by the user)
- REGISTRATION APPLICATION
- The user shall provide a valid e-mail address, for the generation of an access account. Two registration applications with the same e-mail address shall not be allowed.
- After the user introduces the e-mail address, he/she shall receive a confirmation message to the specified address. The message shall contain the access password and the home-page address where the authentication shall be made in view of filling in the necessary data.
- AUTHENTICATION - (LOG-IN)
- The user shall access the relevant home-page and shall identify himself/herself by his/her user-name (e-mail address) and password received.
- If the authentication is successful, the user may fill in the questionnaire concerning the NGO.
- Filling in the Questionnaire
This shall contain the following sections:
- general data about the organisation (generally all are required)
- activity objects and sub-objects
- additional data and (eventually) the accreditation application

The user may update his/her data anytime necessary, after passing successfully the authentication. After any change in the data, the accreditation application shall be re-analyzed.
- Application Analysis
- After the Questionnaire is filled in, the accreditation application shall be analyzed and shall be registered in the DATABASE, if approved. Thenceforth, the data of the relevant NGO may be accessed (viewed) by the public, at the address - List of NGO registered
- If the application is rejected, the user shall be notified by an e-mail containing the reasons for which the application was rejected. Subsequently, the user may access the Questionnaire (based on the e-mail and password) and fill in the non-compliant data fields, his/her application following to be re-analyzed.
