on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union in the Trade Committee set
up by the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States,
of the one part, and the Republic of Korea, of the other part, as regards the revision of
the list of individuals who are willing and able to serve as arbitrators in accordance with
Article 14.18 of the Agreement and the revision of the list of experts who are willing and
able to serve as panellists in accordance with Article 13.15 of the Agreement
